Property entrepreneur Chan Khangura has completed his latest acquisition as he continues to grow market share.
Chan, managing director of Whitegates in Mirfield, has added Claire Ramsbottom’s lettings portfolio to his fast growing business.
It’s Chan’s 12th acquisition and his second of 2026 so far.
Whitegates Mirfield is part of Chan’s Huddersfield-based portfolio of companies. Whitegates is Huddersfield’s largest lettings agency with a total managed portfolio of more than 1,800 properties.
Chan said he was grateful for the trust placed in him by other business owners.
“I work hard to build up trust in what we do and how we operate and I consider my competitors as colleagues and I’ll always help them out if I can,” he said.
